What is your Return Policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase on most merchandise with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will credit you back either the full amount or a portion according to restocking fees. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped?
When you place an order with us, we do everything we can to expedite the shipping process. In most cases, we ship your order the same day you place it.
Shipping time and cost depend upon your location. We ship throughout the United States, as well as internationally.

How do I track my order?
We will send you an email notification when your order has been shipped. Most of our shipments are placed through UPS, and include a tracking number and link to their package tracking tool. From there you can enter your tracking number to view where your package is currently located, as well as its estimated delivery.
