How to Begin Remote Assistance
You can either save or run the "VideoSurveillance-Remote-Assistance.exe" when it begins to download, depending on your browser.
If you save the file, open the folder that it saved to and double-click the file to run the application.
When prompted, give the number and password displayed to your support rep and they will be able to view your desktop and provide you with excellent service.
