Powerful recording in a compact case

Although it weighs less than half a pound, the BL-C111A has many advanced recording features that make it a great pet or home security camera. The BL-C111A can record at up to 30 frames per second in a variety of resolutions - from 640x480 to as small as 192x144 - in either JPEG or MPEG-4 compression modes. The Panasonic BL-C111A has both a day and night recording mode to capture footage at any time. Possibly the most flexible visual element of the BL-C111A is its Pan/Tilt/Zoom functionality. Users can pan the camera -50° to +50° and tilt from -40° to +10°, and use the BL-C111A's 10x digital zoom to get a better view of the room, or a closer look at an interesting occurrence in the camera's field.

Access footage from anywhere

Unlike a lot of other IP cameras, the BL-C111A pet camera doesn't require a PC - just connect the camera to a network outlet using an Ethernet cable and you're set up! Instead of using a PC to monitor and maintain the BL-C111A, Panasonic provides a free online site, mynetcam.com, to view and change settings on the camera. From this customizable web interface, visitors can view the camera (up to 30 at once!) and maintainers can change almost any setting on the camera - from panning the field to flipping through pre-set recording locations. Since everything is online for the BL-C111A, users can check up on their pets or home from any internet connection in the world - even on cell phones!
