Instead of being controlled from a computer like many other network cameras, the Panasonic BB-HCM581A is controlled directly from a web-based interface. Users log in to Panasonic's viewnetcam.com service, where they can control every aspect of the camera, including zooming in and out, tilting, panning, adjusting settings and more.
