The innovative M12D-Sec-DNight network camera is designed for top-quality performance around the clock. An ideal solution for surveillance applications both indoors and out, the camera is weatherproof and capable of providing exceptional video images in all lighting conditions. The camera's dual sensors automatically switch from full color mode to a high-sensitive black-and-white lens when darkness falls. The M12D-Sec-DNight network camera includes two lenses for wide area surveillance and simultaneous multiple views.
The M12D-Sec-DNight captures clear and detailed images with 1280 x 960 megapixel resolution. The exceptional resolution enables users to view important details such as individual faces, objects, and license plate numbers. Another advantage of megapixel resolution is the wider field of view. A single megapixel camera can monitor areas that would typically require multiple security cameras.
Another highlight of the M12D-Sec-DNight IP camera is its sophisticated audio functionality. The camera supports two-way audio, allowing users to listen in on areas and even communicate with those under surveillance. It also supports VoIP and IP/ISDN Telephony.
The camera receives power and connects to the network using Power over Ethernet. A single Ethernet cable delivers power and transmits video and audio to and from the device. This saves installation costs and adds flexibility by eliminating the need for complicated wiring.
