When you need a versatile, sturdy IP camera that you can monitor and control remotely with a Web browser, the JVC VN-C215VP4U supports a wide variety of applications and operating conditions. Its dome design, 350-degree rotation and pan/tilt control make it possible for one dome camera to survey a space that would require two or more fixed cameras to effectively monitor. With the JVC VN-C215VP4U's Web interface, you may program your camera's built-in motion detection to trigger an external alarm, door lock, light switch or other device. The camera may also be programmed to send e-mail alerts if the motion sensor goes off.

An aluminum die-cast body provides extra protection for a more vandal resistant camera that works great as an ATM surveillance camera, retail security camera or road condition monitoring camera-- basically any application where a camera might be at risk of damage. The camera may also be used outdoors with the appropriate outdoor enclosure, and a heater is available for use in cold climates.
