D-Link Securicam DCS-1110 10/100 PoE Network Camera

Whether you need a camera for home or workplace surveillance, it's imperative to choose a device that offers excellent, crisp footage without severe placement limitations. This innovative, slim security camera features PoE, or Power over Ethernet, which provides its own internal power when used with a compatible PoE power injector or switch. Since having a power source nearby doesn't limit your camera mounting possibilities, you can put your DCS-1110 in the best possible location for security surveillance.

Enjoy flexible placement and quality footage from this sophisticated IP camera

Like other D-Link security cameras, the DCS-1110 is accessible through Internet Explorer. Observe and listen to your footage from any computer; if you wish, you may even trigger recording of footage from a remote computer to a local hard drive. Plus, included D-Like IP View SE software allows you to monitor and manage up to four cameras at a time, on the same screen. Watch and archive your videos directly to your hard drive, program your camera to trigger audio and video recording when it detects motion and send out e-mail alerts.

If you wish, you can also set up the DCS-1110 to record videos directly to a network-attached storage unit (NAS), which eliminates the need to designate a computer specifically for storing surveillance footage. You can also use the DCS-1110 with D-Link's MediaLounge line of home entertainment products. Any footage you record with the DCS-1110 may be played with any MediaLounge Wireless Media Player. It is also possible to connect your Wireless Media Player to the DCS-1110 and play footage directly on your television!
