Thanks to a built-in Web server, the Axis 213 PTZ network camera offers advanced remote video monitoring over IP networks from any PC connected to the LAN or the Internet. Users can access the camera remotely and control pan, tilt, and zoom functionality for detailed video surveillance.
Superior Image Quality
The 213 PTZ delivers outstanding video images in virtually any lighting condition, and operates effectively both indoors and outdoors. It features an IR mode for nighttime surveillance, and includes a built-in IR light for use in total darkness. The camera offers high resolution up to 704 x 480 pixels and uses simultaneous Motion JPEG and MPEG-4 compression to optimize bandwidth.
Advanced Event Management
Along with providing users with the flexibility of pan/tilt/zoom control, the Axis 213 PTZ offers 20 preset positions and 1 preset sequence for monitoring specific areas. Other sophisticated features include built-in motion detection, and pre and post-alarm image buffering.
