The Axis 211M is a high-performance network camera that uses megapixel resolution to achieve exceptional image detail and to provide a wider field of vision than conventional security cameras. In locations like banks, schools, retail stores, and government buildings, megapixel resolution can be a tremendous tool. Not only does the 211M provides high-quality video, but its ability to cover larger areas can also mean less cameras will be required to monitor a certain area.

Wide Area Coverage
The Axis 211M network camera is capable of shooting with a resolution of 1280x1024. When compared to the resolution of an analog CCTV camera, the 211M can monitor up to three times the area. In many cases, a single megapixel camera can monitor the same area that would normally require multiple analog cameras.
Two-Way Audio
The Axis 211M includes a built-in microphone, an input for an external microphone, and outputs for connecting external speakers. Remote users can listen in on the area being monitored, and can even communicate directly with intruders or visitors in range of the camera.
