Transportation video surveillance with new Axis cameras
We are now offering two new Axis cameras that are specially designed for installing in buses, trains and other transportation vehicles. Featuring a compact and flat design, the Axis M3133-R and the Axis M3114-R are mini domes with weatherproof IP67-rated housing. These rugged cameras can even withstand being immersed in water temporarily.
Both Axis cameras deliver clear, crisp video thanks to progressive scan. Wide dynamic range compensates in challenging lighting scenarios for correctly exposed images. The Axis M3113-R Rugged Mini Dome IP Camera delivers SVGA (800x600) resolution video, while the Axis M3114-R 720P Rugged Mini Dome IP Camera delivers 1200x800 resolution video, all at 30 frames per second.
Monitoring buses and trains is a smart way to protect passengers and drivers. In the case of an event, video footage can be shared with insurance firms, law enforcement and other authorities as needed.
