Brazilian jewelry store improves security, customer service with Vivotek
A renowned Brazilian jewelry store chain installed Vivotek network cameras in several of its stores. The high-end retail company’s aim is two-fold: to protect against theft of its valuable merchandise, and to improve customer relations with recorded video and audio of interaction between sales and clients.
With its powerful pan, tilt and zoom, the Vivotek PZ7111 was chosen to monitor the entire show room. Additionally, three Vivotek IP7131 cameras with external microphones are installed in strategic locations to capture sales staff interaction with clients. With its built-in audio support, the IP7131 has enabled the chain to enhance its security and quality of service with truly multifunctional surveillance.
