New Vivotek megapixel network cameras now available in VideoSurveillance.com store
We've added two new megapixel IP cameras from Vivotek to the VideoSurveillance.com online store. The Vivotek IP7361 and FD7160 both come equipped with a 2 megapixel CMOS sensor for extremely clear and detailed images. The Vivotek IP7361 is a network bullet camera designed for outdoor use, while the Vivotek FD7160 is a compact fixed dome camera that's especially ideal for tough applications such as video surveillance in transportation vehicles.
With an IP67-rated housing, the Vivotek IP7361 is well-protected from rain, dust, and other harsh outdoor conditions. Along with its high resolution and broad field-of-view, the camera offers true day/night functionality with a removable IR-cut filter and IR illuminators that provide superior image quality even in the dark.
The Vivotek FD7160 is built to withstand shock, vibration, dust and humidity to maintain stable and reliable operation in moving vehicles and other demanding applications. The camera is perfectly suited for use in mass transit vehicles such as buses and trains. It features an IP66-rated metal housing that protects against rain and dust. The camera also boasts a tamper-detection feature that alerts security staff any time video is lost due to obstruction of the lens or spray-painting.
