Smartvue S8 IP camera system to be showcased at ISC West
Smartvue has announced its latest wireless IP camera system, the Smartvue S8, will be showcased at ISC West and released this summer. Hailed as "the next big thing in surveillance," the Smartvue S8 network camera is actually incredibly compact. In fact, it's small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. That, along with the camera's wireless connectivity, makes Smartvue S8 a very flexible surveillance solution capable of being installed virtually anywhere.
The complete Smartvue S8 network camera system uses wireless S8 IP cameras along with the S8 Network Video Recorder and an Insight Server. Designed to make sophisticated IP surveillance simple, Smartvue S8 is an integrated plug-and-play solution with self-configuring cameras and video recorders. Each S8 IP camera features a 2 megapixel sensor and 802.11n wireless connectivity. Users can access the cameras remotely using almost any PC or cell phone. The system supports most standard Web browsers for remote monitoring.
