QNAP releases new version of VMobile for Android users

QNAP is releasing a new version of its VMobile app that enables Android users to reap the benefits of mobile monitoring. With an Android in hand, users can view live footage from numerous cameras and enjoy the convenience of touch screen controls. Options include multi-channel display, sequential video display, alarm notifications and more.

The mobile monitoring app is compatible, stable and simple, says Andrew Yu, Product Manager at QNAP Security. VMobile offers peace of mind while you are away from your home or business with easy to use surveillance tools.

The app supports Android platforms 1.6, 2.1 and 2.2 and can be used with 3G and 4G networks, as well as WiFi. VMobile supports more than 1,000 camera models from popular manufacturers.
