QNAP improves VMobile app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
QNAP released the latest upgrade to VMobile, its remote viewing app for Apple touch screen devices. Version 1.0.3 offers improvements both in quality and in convenience.
The upgrade boosts resolution to 320x240 pixels in one and two channel display modes. It also allows VioStor NVR users to connect to limitless NVRs and IP cameras through WiFi, 3G and 4G networks. This connection also enables live view, playback and PTZ control for comprehensive remote monitoring. As always, VMobile continues to support variable monitoring modes, alarms and snapshots.
QNAP reports that nearly 3,000 users have upgraded to VMobile 1.0.3 since March 28th, 2011. Continued customer interest affirms QNAP’s commitment to “further develop compatibility, stability, and simplicity to bring its users an unbeatable mobile monitoring experience".
VMobile is free to download at numerous app stores. In addition to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, VMobile is also compatible with Windows PDAs and Android mobile devices.
