Milestone releases XProtect Device Pack 5.2
Earlier this week Milestone released XProtect Device Pack 5.2, which includes support for new devices and updated support for existing devices on their XProtect video management software platform. The Device Pack also includes support for new firmware on a range of different devices and solves different issues related to Device Pack 5.1.
Milestone XProtect Enterprise, Professional, Essential and Go editions now support a wide variety of new devices from major manufacturers including the ACTi TCM-4201 and the Axis P5532-E, P5534-E, Q1921, Q1921-E, and Q6034-E. In addition to the cameras listed above and those from other manufacturers, the XProtect Corporate edition also includes support for the new Mobotix T24 Video Door Station. The release adds one-way audio support for Pelco Sarix devices and output support for Pelco NET5301T, NET5308, NET5316, Spectra IP IV and Spectra Mini IP IV. Also included is added Cameo functionality for the IQEye 8xx Sentinel and Alliance series.
The Milestone Device Pack 5.2 is compatible with the following XProtect software editions:
- XProtect Basis 4.0 versions
- XProtect Basis+ 4.0 – 6.5 versions
- XProtect Essential 1.0 versions
- XProtect Go 1.0 versions
- XProtect Professional 4.0 – 7.0 versions
- XProtect Enterprise 5.0 – 7.0 versions
- XProtect Matrix 2.1 – 2.3 versions
- XProtect Corporate 1.5 – 3.1 versions
