JVC and Optex team up for IP Perimeter Protection Solution
JVC is partnering up with Optex to market an IP Perimeter Protection Solution featuring JVC's V.Networks PTZ IP cameras in combination with the new REDWALL REDSCAN RLS-3060 synthesized intelligent PIR detection system. The pairing is designed to provide a powerful solution for intruder detection and prevention.
The REDWALL REDSCAN RLS-3060 from Optex uses a unique algorithm to process object size, speed, and distance data. This helps to provide more reliable motion detection while minimizing false alarms. It offers four programmable detection areas that can be linked over the IP network to the surveillance system and PTZ camera controls.
JVC's V.Networks PTZ cameras deliver sharp, detailed images, and strong performance in around-the-clock surveillance applications. They also support efficient compression technologies for optimizing bandwidth without compromising image quality. Together, with the REDWALL REDSCAN RLS-3060, they work to provide an intelligent surveillance system that's ideal for such high-security applications as law enforcement and education installations, ports, power plants, and other critical areas.
