The Royal Vopak petrochemical storage terminal in West Thurrock, UK has turned to IndigoVision for a comprehensive IP surveillance solution. The terminal poses a difficult surveillance challenge. The facility features 125 storage tanks and provides storing and handling of gaseous and liquid chemical and oil products. The products are transported from the terminal by road, pipeline, and river. Video security plays a critical role in protecting the facility and making sure the environment is safe for Vopak workers.

The IndigoVision HD 10000 series IP cameras use H.264 compression, a new technology that makes it possible for the cameras to stream high-definition video at fast frame rates, while allowing for greater amounts of storage. IP video solutions from IndigoVision are being used to provide casino surveillance for two Nevada gaming facilities - the new M Resort in Las Vegas, and the Colorado Belle in Laughlin. Over 900 network video cameras will be implemented across both sites. The cameras will be controlled and managed by nine workstations using IndigoVision Control Center video management software.
Port Louis, the capitol and primary port of Mauritius, has installed a new video surveillance system using IP video equipment from IndigoVision. The harbor-wide surveillance system is extremely flexible and fully scalable. With this new IP-based solution, operators from multiple agencies can monitor their own operations within the port. A central control room and several sub-control rooms have been set up to allow the Mauritius Police Force, the National Coast Guard, Customs and the Maritius Port Authority to access live and recorded video footage from each of the IP network cameras installed in and around the port facilities.
A complete IP video solution from IndigoVision was deployed at the recent Copa Telmex 2009 Tennis Tournament in Buenos Aires, providing a high level of video security for spectators, workers, and the athletes themselves.
