Axis introduces M11 series of compact network cameras
Axis has a new line of compact fixed network cameras ready to roll. The Axis M11 network camera series features high-resolution models supporting H.264, the latest compression standard for streaming and recording top-quality video images at reduced file sizes. Available SVGA-resolution models include the Axis M1103 (fixed iris) and Axis M113 (DC-iris). The series also includes the Axis M1104 (fixed iris) and Axis M114 (DC-iris) both of which provide HDTV 720p/1 megapixel resolution.
Each camera in the Axis M11 series offers a choice of CS-mount lenses. The cameras are easy to install and support Power over Ethernet, so a single Ethernet cable is all that’s required to supply power and deliver data. All Axis M11 network cameras provide multiple, individually configurable, high-resolution video streams in H.264 and MJPEG at up to 30 frames per second in full resolution. The DC-iris models are suitable for locations with difficult lighting conditions.
