Axis high performance PTZ dome coming next month
Axis is adding another high performance IP camera to its impressive lineup. The Q6032 is designed for indoor use and well suited for applications requiring powerful zoom and facial detection.
With resolutions of 752x480 pixels in 60 Hz and 736x576 pixels in 50 Hz, the Q6032 offers 15,400 and 9,200 more pixels than standard D1 resolution, which has a width of 720 pixels. This camera balances high contrast images with wide dynamic range, making it easy to see details in highlights and shadows.
This camera combines 35x optical and 12x digital zoom with autofocus, and offers 360-degree pan and a tilt range of 180-degrees. It also includes a recording function that simplifies setting up a guard tour. Additional features include day/night functionality, superior H.264 video compression and High Power over Ethernet (midspan included).
For additional security, Axis included Active Gatekeeper, two-way audio and audio connection.
