Axis Camera Station 3.10 video management software supports site maps and H.264

Axis has announced the latest edition of it Camera Station video management software. Axis Camera Station 3.10 offers a number of new features, including support for site maps and H.264 compression. The site maps allow users to quickly access cameras while rendering a full overview of the area monitored by the surveillance system.

Another new feature involves bookmarked recordings, which provide a fast and easy way to save and locate video footage of particular interest. Axis Camera Station 3.10 also delivers efficient alarm management with acknowledgement of alarms and alarm procedures, as well as digital signatures which provide exported video images as secure evidence. The software supports viewing and recording of up to 50 security cameras.
