Surveillance video could play key role in Bollea trial
Surveillance video from a Clearwater, FL security camera could be the turning point in an investigation into a near-fatal accident involving Nick Bollea (son of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan).
Bollea, who is under criminal investigation for the accident which critically injured his friend, may face time in prison for injuring his friend John Graziano; and the introduction of this surveillance camera from Jay's Jeep Yard, on the same street where Bollea and Graziano raced a Dodge Viper in Bollea's Supra on August 26th
Employees at Jay's Jeep Yard surrendered the surveillance footage to the first "official-looking men" (Bollea's legal team) who asked for it; and owner Jeff Garland says he gladly surrendered the tape - saying that he wants to do what he can to help the investigation.
Bollea is already in legal trouble for having illegal window tints and driving under the influence of alcohol as a minor, and has been charged with reckless driving - a charge which may be more flushed out with the addition of this surveillance footage.
