QNAP has announced a firmware upgrade for its VioStor series of network video recorders. The new firmware, version 3.2.0, supports more powerful event management, increased user access control, and a larger selection of IP camera models. VioStor NVR users can download the updated firmware for free at the QNAP website.
Vivotek recently released firmware updates for a number of products in its IP network camera catalog. The latest firmware releases include updates for the Vivotek IP7160 2-megapixel network camera, the Vivotek IP7154 wireless IP camera, the Vivotek IP7153 fixed PoE camera, and the Vivotek PZ71x1 series.

Milestone recently released XProtect Device Pack 5.1 that updates support for new devices on their video management software platforms including XProtect Enterprise, Professional, Essential, Go, and Corporate. The 5.1 version Device Pack also includes support for new firmware on a range of different devices and solves different software issues that were related to Device Pack 5.0.
