Axis IP cameras provide video surveillance for Zerodegrees microbrewery

Upstart European microbrewery Zerodegrees has chosen Axis network cameras to provide video surveillance for its new restaurant in Bristol and future brewery sites. A total of sixteen Axis IP cameras monitor the company's Bristol location, helping to ensure that video footage is usable for police identification purposes, and for keeping a close watch on the day-to-day operation of the business.

The restaurant surveillance system consists of six Axis 2110 network cameras, four Axis 211 cameras, three Axis 205 IP cameras, and one Axis 207W wireless IP camera. Additionally, four analog CCTV cameras feed surveillance footage into two Axis 241Q video servers. The cameras are managed using Milestone XProtect Professional IP video software.

The benefits of the system include flexible installation, excellent image quality, and remote video monitoring from anywhere in the world. Already the cameras have captured footage of employee theft. Managers are also able to monitor how business is going even when they're not physically at the restaurant, making the system valuable both for security and as a management tool.
